Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale

Used or damaged products (unless they arrived defective)

Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process

  2. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
